Aug. 19: Arrest Log

• Anderson police arrested Kyle T. Cyphers, 22, of the 8900 block of McKennett Street, Redkey, at 4 a.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $50,000 cash.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Paul D. Decker, 45, of the 1400 block of North Canal Street, Alexandria, at 8 p.m. Monday in the 3200 block of North 50 West on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.

• Anderson police arrested Maurice Webb, 23, of the 1100 block of Country Way, Grand Rapids, Mich., at 8 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard on suspicion of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony, and false informing, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held on $50,000 cash bond.

• Anderson police arrested Deborah K. Burkhardt, 54, of the 400 block of Enchanted Drive, Anderson, at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 16th Street and Wilson Boulevard on suspicion of driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Boyce P. Keihn Jr., 40, of the 800 block of East 20th Street, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of East Washington Street on suspicion of two counts of armed robbery, a Class B felony. He is being held without bond.
