OSENBAUGH, VIVIAN G., Anderson — Service 1 p.m. Thursday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, South Chapel. Burial in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.



PHELPS, COY F., Summitville — Service 1 p.m. Friday at Owens-Noffze Funeral Home, 1009 W. Walnut St., Summitville. Burial in Vinson Memorial Park Cemetery, Summitville. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday.



RITTER, KARL R. “BUD,” Lapel — Service 11 a.m. Friday at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood. Burial in Elwood City Cemetery. Visitation 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday.



TEAGUE, JOYCE A., Yorktown — Service 7 p.m.Thursday at First Baptist Church, 2107 S. Park Ave. (Indiana 9 South), Alexandria. Cremation will take place with burial at a later date. Visitation 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday.



WILKINS, CHARLOTTE ANN, Tucson, Ariz. — Mrs. Wilkins, formerly of Anderson, died July 25, 2008. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery in Anderson. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church at 10th and Jackson streets in Anderson.
