6:50 a.m.: Greeting from Justin Schneider

Good morning.

It’s 6:50 a.m. Wedneesday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin are getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.

Today, a bicycle collective has been organized at Mercy House. A flood risk open house is set for 8 p.m. in the Delaware Room at Anderson Public Library. And domestic violence walks have been planned for each of the next three Wednesdays, with the first in the Summer Lake addition.

Look for those stories and more in The Herald Bulletin and online at www.theheraldbulletin.com

We want to hear what you think. Leave your reader comments online or feel free to contact us with your news tip at (765) 640-4800 or via e-mail (newsroom@heraldbulletin.com).

Check back often as we will continuously update this Web site with the latest local, statewide and national breaking news.

—Justin Schneider, online reporter/manager
