12:10 p.m.: Henry County economic development leader arrested

WINCHESTER — The head of the New Castle-Henry County Economic Development Corp. was arrested Tuesday on felony burglary and stalking charges.

Bryan R. Coats is accused of breaking into his ex-wife’s Randolph County home on Friday and repeatedly going there uninvited, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department reported. Coats faces charges of burglary, a Class B felony, and stalking, a Class D felony.

He was released from the Randolph County Jail Tuesday after posting $25,000 bond. Coats and his ex-wife have been divorced for several years but recently got back together before separating again three months ago.
