— Anderson police arrested Zachary Tyson Porter, 18, of the 2500 block of Horton Drive, Anderson, at 7:04 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Sixth Street and Broadway Avenue on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.
— Anderson police arrested Erin Lee Davis, 21, of the 2300 block of Central Avenue at 5:32 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of West 22nd Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.
— Anderson police arrested Matthew Burke Simmons, 26, of the 3900 block of East 500 North, Winchester, at 5:18 a.m. Saturday in the 5900 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
— Police arrested Douglas Raymond Bartel, 35, at 5:05 a.m. Saturday at Hoosier Park on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
— Anderson police arrested Kenneth Martin Leisure, 49, of the 3600 block of North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, at 2:46 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Drive and Main Street on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
— Anderson police arrested Homer Edward Hoskins Jr., 19, of the 2900 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 2:12 a.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of West 22nd Street on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Allen Wood, 35, of the 1600 block of South 25 West, Tipton, at 7:16 p.m. Friday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of receiving stolen auto parts, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
— Anderson police arrested Carri Ann Gray, 26, of the 2200 block of West 26th Street, Anderson, at 10:56 p.m. Friday in the 4500 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of theft and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, both Class D felonies. She has since been released.
