Campbell, 39, of the 200 block of Metro Boulevard, Anderson, at 2:14 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 14th and Main streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Anderson police arrested Joshua P. Leap, 24, of the 9300 block of Great Lakes Drive, Noblesville, at 11:50 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Ohio Avenue on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
— Anderson police arrested Jordan K. Cruzan, 27, of the 14800 block of East 206th Street, Noblesville, at 11:50 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Ohio Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
— Indiana State Police troopers arrested Kimberly D. Thompson, 37, of the 11300 block of Knollridge Court, Indianapolis, at 4:15 p.m. Monday at the Pendleton Correctional Facility on suspicion of trafficking with an inmate, a Class C felony; trafficking with an inmate, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
— Anderson police arrested Annette M. Nicholas, 39, of the 2200 block of Fulton Street, Anderson, at 5 p.m. Monday at Marsh, 2940 Broadway, on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Samuel J. Martin, 30, of the 2100 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of false informing, a Class B misdemeanor, and battery on an officer, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.
— Anderson police arrested Latonius S. McClendon, 30, of the 1700 block of Bennington Court, Anderson, at 12:20 p.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Brown Street on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
