— Alexandria police arrested Robert Lee Mohler Jr., 39, of the 500 block of Fremont Street, Alexandria, at 11:08 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of Fremont on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
— Elwood police arrested Samuel A. Hunter, 30, of the 1300 block of South G Street, Elwood, at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North 13th Street on suspicion of two counts of aiding, inducing and causing forgery, a Class C felony. Bond is $10,000.
— Elwood police arrested Kara J. Bingham, 24, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North 13th on suspicion of receiving stolen property, a Class D felony, and two counts of forgery, a Class C felony. She is being held without bond.
— The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Brian M. Alley, 25, of the 900 block of East 21st Street, Anderson, at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Nelle Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Carl D. Wilson Jr., 25, of the 1000 block of Watermead Drive, Noblesville, at 3:35 p.m. Thursday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of receiving stolen property, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
— Indiana State Police troopers arrested Jason H. Shirley, 33, of the 1900 block of North Cross Lakes Circle, Anderson, at 1:32 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Columbus Avenue and 29th Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Stephen E. James Jr., 44, of the 3200 block of South Indiana 13, Lapel, at 1:46 a.m. Thursday in the 3200 block of South Indiana 13 on suspicion of battery, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
