Good morning.

It’s 6:35 a.m. Tuesday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin is getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.

Today, Quality Printing of Anderson is now 100 percent wind-powered. The Madison County Board of Commissioners will appeal a decision by the Indiana Court of Appeals over annexation by Ingalls. And one Anderson University student will go to Uganda once the AU East Africa Ambassador is chosen during a ceremony at Reardon Auditorium from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
