PENDLETON — A man who was crushed by a stack of pallets at the Tractor Supply Warehouse in Pendleton was listed in fair condition at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis on Wednesday.
Methodist Hospital reported that Warren “Mike” Fox, who was sent by PHI helicopter to Methodist Monday around 4 p.m., is recovering from his injuries.
According to Pendleton Fire Chief Danny Gardner, Fox was pinned under a pile of pallets, or skids, at the warehouse and complained of extreme pain in his lower extremities at the scene.
A call to Tractor Supply warehouse in Pendleton by The Herald Bulletin was not returned Wednesday.
