These people were arrested Thursday and Friday in Madison County.

Anderson police arrested James A. Brooks, 21, South Broadway, Pendleton. 4:22 p.m. Friday. 6600 block of Scatterfield Road. Suspicion of conversion. No bond.

Anderson police arrested Dustin A. Davis, 18, Main Street, Chesterfield. 3:30 p.m. Friday. Anderson Police Department. Suspicion of robbery. Bond is $10,000.

Anderson police arrested Meredith J. Rowley, 36, Lockerbie Court, Anderson. 11 p.m. Thursday. Near 36th Street and Columbus Avenue. Suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $5,000.

Anderson police arrested Walter S.L. Wagner, 40, Brown Street, Anderson. 12:15 a.m. Thursday. 2900 block of Brown. Suspicion of two counts of battery. No bond.

Anderson police arrested Trevor R. Hanlon, 33, Halford Street, Anderson. 5:15 p.m. Thursday. Near Eighth and Brown-Delaware streets. Suspicion of driving while suspended. Bond is $5,000.

Anderson police arrested Jessica D.D. Schmink, 27, Weatherly Way, Anderson. 11:50 p.m. Thursday. 1500 block of Weatherly. Suspicion of neglect. Released.

Indiana State Police troopers arrested Robert L. Counceller, 39, 2600 block of Walton Street, Anderson. 2:40 a.m. Friday. Near 29th and Brown streets. Suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Released.
