NEW CASTLE — The Henry County Convention & Visitors Bureau has been serving the county for 20 years and has opened its new office at 3205 S. Memorial Drive, New Castle. There will be a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. Monday, with an open house until 6 p.m.
