ANDERSON — Fredy Monroy, 43, Anderson, died Oct. 31, 2009, at his mother-in-law and father-in-law’s residence.
Survivors include his wife, Petruschka (Rodriguez) Monroy; and three children, Norman, Stefanie and Gabriela Monroy.
A memorial service will take place at 5 p.m. Saturday at Central Wesleyan Church, 2406 Delaware St.

LOMBARD, Ill. — Former Elwood resident Ethel R. Johnson, 95, Lombard, died Nov. 1, 2009, at Lexington Nursing Home in Lombard after an extended illness.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen (Dr. Iftikhar) Abbasy; and a granddaughter, Dr. Shameen Abbasy.
Her husband, Harry Johnson, died Aug. 15, 1970.
Service 1 p.m. Thursday at Copher-Fesler-May Funeral Home, Elwood. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.
Visitation 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

ALEXANDRIA — William D. Kilgore, 72, Alexandria, died unexpectedly Nov. 2, 2009, at Florida Heartland Hospital Medical Center in Sebring, Fla., after an extended illness.
Arrangements are being handled by Owens Funeral Home, Alexandria.
