Survivors include her husband, Robert Kelly; two sons, Shawn Kelly and Richard Kelly; and daughter, Barbara Kelly.
Service 1 p.m. Monday at Harper and Dunnichay Funeral Home, Frankton. Burial in Elwood City Cemetery.
Visitation 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
