u Madison County deputies arrested Bradley S. Hamm, 24, of the 500 block of Ellenhurst Drive, Anderson at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Madison County Jail. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class C felony forgery and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
u Anderson police arrested Arthur T. Wilson, 41, of the 1400 block of Walnut Street, Anderson at 9:10 p.m. Thursday at 2200 Park Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
u Anderson police arrested Rickey W. Johnson Jr., 20, of the 4000 block East 30th Street, Indianapolis at 2:20 a.m. Thursday at 5720 Scatterfield Road, Anderson. He has been released to Madison County Correctional Center with charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol and Class C misdemeanor common nuisance.
u Anderson police arrested Kathy J. Crum, 52, of the 1000 block of Pearl Street, Anderson at 10:12 p.m. Thursday at 2321 Charles St., Anderson. She was released on a $5,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor shoplifting.
u Elwood police arrested William M. Garner II, 28, of the 1400 block of South M Street, Anderson at 10:02 p.m. Wednesday at his home. He was released on a $3,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class B misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.
u Madison County deputies arrested David J. Ice, 39, of the 1800 block of Hillcrest Avenue, Anderson at 10:15 Wednesday at his home. He was released on a $10,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor domestic batter and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
u Madison County deputies arrested Thyenda A. Holmes, 26, of the 1700 block of Greenwood Drive, Anderson at 2:31 a.m. on Oct. 13 at Madison County Jail. She was released on a $1000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
u Edgewood police arrested Travis W. Blazer, 19, of the 300 block of Avalon Lane, Chesterfield at 1:10 a.m. Thursday at 12th Street and Raible Avenue, Anderson. He was released on a $5,000 bond on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
u Edgewood police arrested Jerome T. Thompson, 19, of the 1000 block of Harten Road, Anderson at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday at 22nd Street and Raible Avenue, Anderson. He was released to the Madison County Correctional Center with charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Handicapped murder convict alleges prison discrimination
Since October 2006, Donald Lock has been confined to a wheel chair because of a degenerative bone disease. He has spent time at correctional facilities throughout the state, but it wasn’t until he was transferred to Pendleton earlier this year that he said he felt his disability was ignored.
