Good morning.

It’s 6:30 a.m. Monday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin is getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.

Today, the trial of ex-Anderson Police Department officer Lincoln Brooks is set to begin today. Anderson Community Schools is preparing to launch a survey about the future of the district and what parents would like to see. Saint John’s Hospital and Central Indiana Orthopedics will donate training equipment to local high schools. And don’t forget to nominate an active member of the community for The Herald Bulletin’s 2009 Person of the Year.
