INDIANAPOLIS — Judith K. “Judy” (Hatfield) Wilcox, 69, died Nov. 26, 2009, at her daughter’s residence in Indianapolis.
Survivors include children, Julie (Sonni) Poulsen, Mark (Maureen) Wilcox, Jennifer (Loren) Pearl, Matthew Todd (Debbie) Wilcox and JoAnna (David) Sweet.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Northside Baptist Church, 3021 E. 71st St., Indianapolis.
Visitation 4 to 7 p.m. Sundayat her church, and one hour prior to the Monday services at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Lahm Chapel, Pendleton.

Delmar G. Smith
Dec. 17, 1918 - Nov. 25, 2009
ANDERSON — Delmar Galen “Coach” Smith, 90, died Nov. 25, 2009, at Millers’ Merry Manor in Middletown.
He was a volunteer Coach for Anderson University Athletics.
Survivors include his brother, Jerold Frederic.
Services and burial at noon Monday at East Maplewood Cemetery.

Sept. 26, 1925 - Nov. 27, 2009
ANDERSON — Alice I. (Parkhurst) Cooper, 84, died Nov. 27, 2009, at Saint John’s Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She is survived by her son, James Reed.
Service and burial will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.

Handicapped murder convict alleges prison discrimination
Since October 2006, Donald Lock has been confined to a wheel chair because of a degenerative bone disease. He has spent time at correctional facilities throughout the state, but it wasn’t until he was transferred to Pendleton earlier this year that he said he felt his disability was ignored.
