Arrest log

Anderson police arrested Mary L. Erving, 31, of the 600 block of West Adams Street, Muncie at 1:05 a.m. Saturday at 3100 Main St., Anderson. Bond was set for $20,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Antonio D. Moore, 25, of the 800 block of Sun Valley Drive, Anderson at 11:13 p.m. Friday at West 15th Street and Raible Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set for $35,000 on charges of Class A felony dealing in cocaine.

Madison County deputies arrested Christopher N. Lummis, 28, of the 2400 block of North 300 East, Anderson at 9 p.m. Friday at the Madison County Detention Center. Bond was set for $10,000 on charges of Class C felony neglect of a dependent, Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony residential entry.

Madison County deputies arrested Ivy M. Arehart, 25, of the 1100 block of North 19th Street, Elwood at 10:40 p.m. Friday at the Madison County Jail. Bond was set for $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Indiana State troopers arrested James B. Cofer, 23 – who is listed as homeless – at 5:45 p.m. Friday at the 27 mile marker of I-69. Bond was set for $15,000 on charges of Class D felony possession of stolen property (vehicle).

Anderson police arrested Douglas K. Davis, 57, of the 100 block of East 55th Street, Anderson at 4:20 Friday at 1800 East 10th St., Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County deputies arrested Lawrence K. Roberts, 41, of the 3000 block of East 150 South, Anderson at 10:41 p.m. Friday. He was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Indiana State troopers arrested Stephanie L. Anderson, 23, of the 100 block of Grant Street, Alexandria at 1:56 a.m. Saturday at Scatterfield Road and 56th Street, Anderson. She was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
