Good morning.
It’s 6:30 a.m. Tuesday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin is getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.
Today, the Anderson Community Schools board is expected to vote on a consolidation that would close one of the city’s two high schools. We’ll be there for the vote and get reaction from board members, parents and students. Meanwhile, four people implicated in the misappropriation of funds in Chesterfield will appear in a federal courtroom in Indianapolis. The hearing of Chris Parrish, Jamie Kimm, Willard Felts and Joseph Brown is set for 11 a.m. Plus, we’ll find out whether United Way of Madison County reached its fundraising goal.
