INDOT plow truck drivers report at midnight

ALBANY, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Transportation Albany Subdistrict scheduled 28 plow truck drivers to report to their units at midnight Monday in anticipation of a winter weather event fronted by freezing rain, followed by accumulating snows across the area.

The INDOT Albany Subdistrict is responsible for 920 lane miles of state highways and 151 bridges in Delaware, Jay and Randolph counties, most of Madison County and parts of Blackford and Grant counties.
Motorists are urged to drive with caution — to leave early and drive slowly according to conditions.
Drivers can stay informed about weather and road conditions at www.TrafficWise.IN.gov or by calling 1-800-261-ROAD (7623).
Updated travel information will also be posted on Facebook at Indiana Department of Transportation:  East Central and on Twitter @INDOT_ECentral .
