Exchange to learn about youth theater
ANDERSON — Anderson Noon Exchange Club will hear about the new program for children called Kids Take the Stage” at Tuesday’s meeting. Shawn Neal will present the program at the 11:30 a.m. luncheon meeting at the Days Inn.

AMVETS to serve St. Patrick’s meal
PENDLETON — Pendleton AMVETS Post 26, 939 S. Broadway, will be serving a St. Patrick’s Day dinner starting at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Cost is $5 for a plate of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and cornbread.
International Tasting Tour on Wednesday
ALEXANDRIA — Madison County Extension Homemakers are sponsoring their annual International Tasting Tour of 20 countries and states on Wednesday between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the 4-H Farm Bureau Building. The come-and-go event is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome.
Small samples of food will be provided at each country’s exhibit. Beverages will be available at a nominal fee. A booklet of international recipes will also be provided.
‘Getting the Job’ topic of ABWA
ANDERSON — The White River Express Chapter of ABWA will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Days Inn. Mary Kay Thomas will present a program on preparing a successful resume and interviewing to get the job.
ABWA is a group of professional and community-minded women who work to improve their networking, communication and professional skills. The luncheon is open to guests at a price of $10. Reservations are not required.

Paul White to sing at Lenten concert
ANDERSON — Central Christian Church, 923 Jackson St., will continue its Lenten Concert Series at noon Thursday with vocal soloist Paul White. He is known throughout the Midwest for his musical interpretations of gospel, contemporary, and standard Broadway music. All donated money will go to the local food pantries.
Women’s Ministry to meet in Muncie
MUNCIE — The Women’s Ministry of Northeastern General Baptist Association will host its annual prayer breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church, 1700 E. Butler St. Cost is $10. Everyone is welcome.
