TAZEWELL, Tenn. — Former Elwood resident David Franklin Kelly, 57, Tazewell, died July 21, 2009, at Claiborne County Hospital in Tazewell.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include a son, David Shane Kelly; and a daughter, Kimberly Dawn Kelly.
Service 11 a.m. Monday at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood. Cremation will follow with burial at later date.
Visitation 9 to 11 a.m. Monday.
Contributions to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
