Arrest Log: Dec. 11

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Brandon J. Parks, 27, of 6800 block of North Indiana 9 in Alexandria, 1:34 a.m. Monday. Bond was not set on a Class D felony charge of violation of in-home detention.
  • Anderson police arrested Carl E. Lovell, 45, homeless, 1:45 a.m. Monday at the CVS in the 2400 block of Nichol Avenue. Bond was set at $40,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Roger Rodriguez, 45, of 2700 block of West Eighth Street, 6:02 a.m. Monday in the 2000 block of Nichol Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of residential entry.
  • Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Brandon L. Bates, 20, of 6700 block of West Indiana 32, 6:03 a.m. Monday at his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of false informing and battery with no or minor injury.
