Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County Prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.
Anderson police arrested Randall H. Littrell, 58, of the 5400 block of Arbor Drive, Anderson, at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday at East 53rd Street and Arbor Drive. Bond was set for $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Anderson police arrested Dwight P. Coffman, 45, of the 1600 block of North Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 11:09 p.m. Tuesday at his home. Bond was set for $20,000 on charges of Class D felony stalking and Class B misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
Madison County deputies arrested Jack R. Lee Jr, 44, of the 4200 block of West 100 South, Anderson, at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday at his home. Bond was set for $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
Anderson police arrested Dustin J. Haskett, 26, of the 2400 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set for $5,000 on two counts of Class D felony intimidation.
Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Julie A. Barnes, 29, of the 2600 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday at 29th Street and Columbus Avenue. Bond was set for $20,000 on a charge of Class B felony conspiracy to deal in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance.
Indiana State troopers arrested Bret D. Hawkins, 39, of the 3400 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday at 38th and Main streets. Bond was set for $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
Anderson police arrested Jefferson P. Coleman, 51, of the 2800 block of Brentwood Drive, Anderson, at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday at Ninth and Sycamore streets. He was released on a $5,000 bond for a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.
Anderson police arrested Ronald L. Boyd, 40, of the 70 block of East Street, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Wednesday at his home. He was released on a $10,000 bond for a charge of Class C felony battery with a weapon.
Frankton police arrested Shannon L. Tucker, 25, of the 900 block of Sherman Drive, Frankton, at 7:30 p.m. Monday at her home. Bond was set for $10,000 on two charges of Class D felony neglect of a dependent.
Madison County deputies arrested Lyndsay R. Kinsey, 26, of the 1500 block of North Street, Noblesville, at 2:10 p.m. Monday at Indiana 38 and West Indiana 13. Bond was set for $5,000 for a charge of Class D felony theft.
Alexandria police arrested Robert D. Murphy, 21, of the 800 block of East Fourth Street, Alexandria, at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at Harrison Street and Orchard Lane. He was released by court order on charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
Elwood police arrested Courtney R. Cooper, 20, of the 300 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 7:56 p.m. Monday at her home. She was released on a $5,000 bond for charges of Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class A misdemeanors possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
