Holiday bazaar Nov. 21 in New Castle
NEW CASTLE — A holiday bazaar will be on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the W.G. Smith Building in Memorial Park, Indiana 3, New Castle.
There is no admission charge. The event is being sponsored by the World Missionary Association. Lunch will be available, sponsored by Sunnyside Church of God. The lunch menu includes chicken and noodles, chili, sloppy Joe’s, nachos, hot dogs/chili dogs, large selection of desserts and hot and cold drinks.
Free door prizes will be given out during the day.
Breakfast at Pendleton FUMC
PENDLETON — Pendleton First United Methodist Church, 225 W. State St., Pendleton, will serve an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast on Saturday from 7 to 10:30 a.m. in the downstairs fellowship hall.
Tickets are $5 per person and will be available at the door. Children under 6 eat free.
A Cookie Walk will also be available. Purchase a box for $5 and fill it with holiday cookies.
Proceeds will be donated to missions projects.
Basket bingo date change announced
FRANKTON — There has been a date change for the Frankton Longaberger Basket Bingo party. The new date is Thursday, Nov. 19, at Frankton Elementary School cafeteria.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Games start at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 and are available at the Frankton High School office or at the door. Proceeds go to the 2010 FHS Post Prom.
Rheumatologist to speak at meeting
ANDERSON —Nighat Tahir, M.D., new rheumatologist at Community Hospital Anderson, will speak at Community Anderson’s November Senior Access meeting. This program will be on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Community Anderson’s Education Center, 1923 N. Madison Ave.

Black Expo to host Holiday Tribute
ANDERSON — The Anderson Chapter of the Indiana Black Expo will host a Holiday Tribute Party during Thanksgiving weekend on Saturday, Nov. 28, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Geater Center, 1611 Chase St., Anderson.
The evening will consist of music from Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross and Marvin Gaye, along with other oldies and dance songs.
Admission is $10 in advance and $15 at the door or $10 and a toy or canned good. The toy drive will benefit the Prime Time Cafe & Youth Breakfast with Santa Program.

SilverTowne at Pendleton for a day
PENDLETON — SilverTowne L.P. of Winchester will be inside the Heritage Antique Mall, 231 S. Pendleton Ave., during Christmas in Pendleton from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14.
