Robinson to perform with All-State Orchestra
Evan Robinson, a student at Liberty Christian School in Anderson, has been selected to perform with the 2010 All-State Orchestra, in Indianapolis, on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, as part of the 2010 Indiana Music Educators Association Convention. Robinson was chosen for the honor by competitive auditions held this year across the state. The All-State orchestra is sponsored by the Indiana American String Teachers Association. Robinson, who is a student of Mary Kothman of Muncie, plays with he New World Symphony Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Susan Kitterman. This is his first time to perform as a member of the INASTA All-State group. His other interests include chess, basketball and soccer. He is the son of Marke and Amy Robinson of Anderson.
