ANDERSON, Ind. — UAW Labor Day picnic to be held

ALEXANDRIA — The annual United Auto Workers Labor Day picnic will be held Monday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Beulah Park in Alexandria.

The public is welcome.

There will be a car show and entertainment.



Watkins meet-and-greet Sept. 11

ANDERSON — A meet-and-greet for Madison County clerk candidate Ludy Watkins is planned from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at Jackson Park, 22nd Street and Raible Avenue.

Free food and entertainment are planned. Eligible voters can be registered and absentee voting application will be available, according to a press release.
