ANDERSON — David Brian Himes, 52, passed away suddenly on April 8, 2010, at his residence.
He was born April 17, 1957, in Anderson, and resided here for all of his life.
He graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1976 and served his country in the United States Army.
He was the owner and operator of the Lapel Liquor Locker.
He is survived by his brother, Kenneth “Mike” (Kathleen) Himes of Indianapolis; three nephews, one niece, and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Also surviving is his best friend, Ryan Peterson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth C. and Betty C. (Lyons) Himes.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes, South Chapel.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes, South Chapel, with the Rev. Gary Klinger officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson.
