ANDERSON, Ind. —
Barbara P. Munson, 74, of Anderson, passed away on March 15, 2013 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born Dec. 12, 1938, to Frederick and Margaret ( Bradbury) Parry in Singapore. She was raised in England before moving to Frankton, Alexandria and then Anderson for past 27 years.
Barbara retired from Countryside Manor Health and Living Center in 2009 after 25 years of service.
She is survived by her two sons, Phillip (wife, Nia) Munson of Anderson and Paul (wife, Anna) Munson of Seattle, Wa.; four grandchildren, Baylee Munson, Braxton Munson and Blair Munson all of Anderson, and Zachary Munson of Seattle, Wa.; her sister, Pat Potter of England, and two brothers, Eric Parry of England; and Leslie Parry of Portland, Ore.; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life will be held a later date.
Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home is handling the cremation.
