DALEVILLE, Ind. —
John Cox, 46, resident of Daleville, passed away unexpectedly Nov. 21, 2012.
He was born June 9, 1966, in Anderson, the son of Kenneth William Cox and Diana Mae (Harris) Hauger.
He was a 1984 graduate of Daleville High School.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a press operator for Horton Industries in Indianapolis.
He worked in construction but loved to work on cars. He loved building his 1969 Chevelle.
Survivors include his children, Brandon (Jenna), Erin, and Kenny Bill Cox (Linda) of Anderson; his father, Kenneth Cox of Daleville; mother, Diana Mae Hauger of Crystal River, Fla.; a sister, Sarah Black of Daleville; a brother, Chris Graham of Terre Haute; and grandchildren, Emily, Caleb, Ashton, Dalton, Lexi and Vincent.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Andrea Jean Cox; and a brother, Andrew Barron.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 S. Walnut St., Daleville. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Daleville.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the service today at the funeral home.
