ANDERSON, Ind. —
Jane A. (Shultz) Beckham, 74, went to be with her lord and savior on Nov. 30, 2012, when cancer claimed her life.
She was born March 13, 1938, in Galveston, Ind., but lived most of her life in Anderson.
Jane was a homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Freddy Beckham, James (Mary Ellen) Beckham and Richard (Marsha) Beckham; grandson, Richy Beckham (companion, Brittnie Etchison); granddaughters, Annber (companion, Tim Ruble) Beckham, Jaimi (companion, Aaron Eckart) Smith, Ami (Chris) Bolin and Jennifer Beckham; great-grandchildren, Annabelle Beckham, R.J. Beckham, Ariah Etchison, Jadah Etchison and Chloe Etchison; brother, Jerry (Barbara) Shultz; and several nieces and nephews.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Dudley “Dick” Shultz and Esther Pogue; brother, Robert Shultz; and sister, Reba Sylvester.
The family wishes to thank Chris A. and the entire St. John’s Hospice team for their care and compassion during mom’s illness.
A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Walk Cemetery in Anderson on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at 1 p.m., with Ned Clark officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
