Well, I’m certainly relieved that we finally won the war in Iraq. It’s hard to understand why the troops on the ground keep saying their jobs haven’t changed, though. Maybe if we had had a declaration of war in the first place, or if we told them whom we defeated or who surrendered — maybe that would help.
