PENDLETON — Bark-tober Fest, with educational exhibits, displays and vendors will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 at Pets & Vets, 414 N. Pendleton Ave., Pendleton.
A pet blessing is planned at noon and there will be a question and answer program at 12:30 p.m. with Mary Marshall, pet communicator. Representatives from service, therapy and rescue groups will also be in attendance.
Pets are welcome and there will be a free gift for the first 100 registrants and drawings for special prizes.
