XI Chapter of Kappa, Kappa Inc. sponsors bridge and euchre competitions, fall nut sales and spring Easter egg sales. This year’s proceeds from these projects totaled over $9,000. Tri Kappa awarded scholarships for local students to attend Indiana colleges and donated funds to Alternatives Inc., The Salvation Army’s Baby Food Pantry and to the Anderson Symphony Orchestra.
The bridge and euchre competitions begin each year in September and end the following May 15. Tri Kappa continues to seek players for groups, including couples bridge and euchre groups, ladies daytime and evening bridge and men’s evening bridge. New groups of 16 players or eight couples can be accommodated. For more information, call (765) 649-9244.
