Markleville church sets abundance meal

Event is handicap accessible, carryouts available

MARKLEVILLE — The Christian Women’s Fellowship of the East Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Markleville will have its monthly “God Abundance Meal” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, in the basement of the church. The menu includes chicken noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, slaw, rolls, dessert and drink for a freewill offering.

The church is located at 124 E. Main St. (on Indiana 38), and is handicap accessible. Carryouts will be available; anyone who is a shut-in or small business and would like a carryout meal delivered can call the church at 533-4996 the day of the meal or Diane (533-2330) as soon as possible.
